How to use:

Add 1 cup of MTR Instant Dosa Mix to 1 cup water and half cup sour curd to form batter. Set aside for 5 minutes. Spread sufficient batter on hot tawa on medium flame. Add 1 tbsp oil to the sides. Roast till golden brown. Serve hot with chutney and sambar.
